Last week, it was Destination Bridgehampton for our very first press event with Hamptons Magazine! What a major success, as it was an insanely beautiful day at the beach and the partygoers came out in droves. Beautiful sunny weather with no humidity makes for perfect cocktail consumption. The event was to also introduce, Selva and Gold, our very first (yay!) cocktail kit collaboration with Selvarey Rum, a white rum that is a blend of three and five year-old rums born in the jungles of Panama. We fell in love with Selvarey from the start because of it's rich, full bodied taste and it was just sublime on the rocks. We knew it was the perfect complement for our hand selected ingredients of Royal Rose's Three Chile Syrup and Scrappy's Orange Bitters.
This party goer was stopped just before she took a sip, only to wait a second more for the perfect shot.
If this cocktail is not at the beach then it's poolside for our Selva and Gold cocktail kit, all we needed was the ice bucket.
If you weren't drinking our Rum Cocktail then you were sipping on our Prosecco/Champagne cocktail called Rose Colored Glasses. With just a hint of Royal Rose's Rose syrup added to Prosecco or Champagne for a bit of a floral nose (along with Scrappy's Orange Bitters) this cocktail is beyond refreshing on a hot summer's day and always instills a celebratory mood, especially when you add Sugarfina's Wild Strawberry Fruttini as a finishing touch.
As the day came to a close, we packed up, kicked back and toasted to a very exciting and successful day. Let this be the first of many.
