ABOUT ROYAL ROSE SYRUPS
The story began in a tiny Brooklyn kitchen during the hot summer of 2010. Emily Butters, a public elementary school teacher decided to can some fresh local peaches that she had picked up at the local Co-Op. Her husband, Forrest, a bartender in Bushwick, had been experimenting with different syrups for cocktails all summer and wanted to use the leftover syrup for a test. She jumped in and added some black pepper, basil, and vanilla bean. The syrup was a huge hit at the bar that night, and the rest is history.
At Royal Rose, they have a passion for delicious cocktails. They believe that using the best-quality, whole ingredients in their syrups makes the difference between an ordinary drink and a superior cocktail. Every ounce of their syrups are made in small batches, using only whole ingredients and 100% organic, fair-trade sugar, and filtered water.
Royal Rose Three Chile Syrup: organic fair-trade sugar, filtered water, fresh poblano and jalapeño peppers, and dried ancho chiles.
Royal Rose Raspberry Syrup: filtered water, organic raspberries, and fair-trade organic sugar.
Royal Rose Rose Syrup: organic fair-trade sugar, filtered water, organic lime juice, and fair-trade organic rose petals.
Please refrigerate after opening. Shelf life is 18 months.
